Dear Readers:
 
In today's newspaper we find an interesting article on a somewhat limited subject - that of investors with cash money.  We have a significant number of investors with cash that are buying inexpensive properties such as 70 to 80 thousand dollar condos and turning them over for a quick profit, in other words they are "flipping" them.  See the full article via the link below.
