Wow!  Two days in a row.  Today's article from the paper has some interesting comparisons, though.  A couple of ideas herein are a bit late in coming.  Realtors have been complaining for quite some time that the banks were taking the wrong tack in concentrating more effort on foreclosures than short sales.  It seemed that everyone except the banks knew that they would realise more return from a short sale than from a foreclosure.  But, I ought to let you read it for yourselves.
