It has been a while since I Sent forth some information in this forum and I apologize.  I have been a bit busier than usual and that is good.  Today I noticed an article in the local paper that goes against the prevailing wisdom of "retirement means downsizing".  (See link below)  The article doesn't particularly cover the retiree but they are in the mix.  I, for example downsized from a 1700 square foot town house to a 2700 square foot final home.  Not so much to get more space but because the design met our needs.  I now have a nice size office/library which serves me well being able to accomplish Real Estate tasks as well at home as I can at the "office".  Ya'll have a good weekend , ya hear.
